My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where individuals, leaders, and business owners can gain clarity, create meaningful change, and move toward their desired outcomes. By using this website or participating in any coaching, training, workshop, course, or event offered by Empower Potential Coaching, you agree to the following terms.

Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on increasing awareness, exploring possibilities, and supporting meaningful action.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychology, psychiatry, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. While coaching can have a positive impact on many areas of life, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition.

If additional support is needed, clients are encouraged to seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

Your Responsibility
You are always responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

My role is to ask questions, offer perspectives, provide tools, and help create awareness. What you choose to do with that information is entirely up to you.

Because every individual and situation is unique, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Confidentiality
Trust is an important part of coaching.

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law, where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or where otherwise required by applicable legislation.

Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due as agreed upon when services are purchased.

If you need to reschedule a session, I ask for reasonable notice whenever possible. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be considered forfeited.

Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, exercises, videos, workbooks, and training content provided through Empower Potential Coaching remain the property of Empower Potential Coaching unless otherwise stated.

You are welcome to use them for your personal growth and development, but they may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
