I’ve had the privilege of having Richard as my coach for a while now. And I continue to have him as my coach because he is always offering me the gift of a space where I feel safe, open, trusting, cared for and supported.

But by far the greatest gift and an incredible skill that Richard has, is his ability to sense into what I need.

Many times I have been outside of my comfort zone. He felt that and he also knew that I wanted to go beyond it. I might have not had the courage to do it on my own but he knew that I wanted to reach beyond it. So he offered me his hand, help and support to cross that line. Every time I did it (and it’s been a few), I benefited immensely. Even if the change was for my own highest good, I was still scared to embrace it. Richard can see it, feel it and know it and he has challenged me every time to go beyond that comfort zone, fully knowing that it was where I wanted to go. It’s an incredible gift and skill to see in your clients what many times, they cannot see in themselves. So I fully endorse Richard as a gifted, dedicated and supportive coach. Your life is guaranteed to change for the better by working with him. I know mine has.
